A good Georgian Royal Artillery Priming Flask, circa 1770.

This example with an overall length of approx six and a half inches. 

The polished horn body having a turned tapering brass nozzle with "sprung" top, the spring now absent. The brass base having engraved markings "10. R. R. A. B. 67. The markings likely denote 10th Brigade, Royal Regiment of Artillery, Gun number 67.

This type of priming flask was used throughout the American Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars.
