Here is something for the military collector who thinks they have it all!
Sold at the British Empire Exhibition in 1925, these little machines were "Made Entirely by British Ex-Service Men With British Materials Throughout"
A way of employing wounded and unemployed ex soldiers, sailors and airmen.
This is the only example of this little invention I have ever seen, and comes complete in its cardboard box, with instructions and an original business card for the Elbon Company.
A great piece of post WW1 social history, and one for the Wembley Empire Exhibition collectors too.
