A 1907 Pattern Bayonet, converted for drill purposes by having the point rounded off.
This example carried unit markings to the pommel of "T. 8. W. YORK 2." for the 8th Territorial battalion of the West Yorkshire Regiment. (Leeds Rifles)

Even patina to the pommel and scabbard mounts. Pommel catch working but stiff.
This example looks to have been produced by Wilkinson, and dated 1918. Various other markings, last reinspected in 1922. The blade with signs of old service sharpening, with some edge nicks and the rounded point.
Housed in the standard leather scabbard with steel mounts.
A good untouched bayonet in need of gentle cleaning, but should improve well.
