An Imperial German Quill pointed 1898 pattern bayonet.
This example has been plated, so likely for parade use.
No visible makers marking, nor Imperial markings, so possibly a contract bayonet.
Housed in its original steel mounted leather scabbard with no shrinkage. The scabbard mounts are also plated.
Generally good condition, with areas of loss to the plating.
Strictly over 18's only. Photo ID will be required before this item can be dispatched. Please send this at the time of ordering, to prevent unnecessary delay in your order being dispatched.
