An interesting bayonet for the Lee Metford Rifle, which carries no issue, makers, or unit markings.
Possibly for volunteer or export use, the only visible marking is a letter "M" stamped to the underside of the crossguard.
Generally good untouched condition, the blade has been well sharpened.
