A very pleasing and untouched WW1 1907 Pattern SMLE Bayonet.
This example produced by Enfield (EFD), and dated August 1915. Pommel catch working but stiff.
Lots of original finish to the hilt and scabbard mounts.
A good blade, with signs of service sharpening.
Housed in the standard leather scabbard with steel mounts. Markings to the rear.
This recently uncovered bayonet is in need of a light clean, having never been in a collection before.
