Presented by the Mayoress of Lewisham, on behalf of the residents, to Pte G.W. Cripps 17th Battalion C.LV.R. (City of London Volunteer Regiment?) to recorgnise heroic services rendered to the Neighbourhood during the many Air Raids of the Great War.
Dated 15th of December 1919.
In good condition, previously framed, and retaining its original mounting card. Measuring 12 inches by 10.
This is the only one of these certificates I have ever seen, and I can't find another. A true rarity, and worthy of further research.
