A very good Seaforth Highlanders Skean Dubh, circa WW1.
The ebony grip with the Seaforth Star behind the St Andrew, with gilt brass mounts.
The scalloped blade measuring 4 inches, 8 inches overall, in scabbard.
Produced by the reknowned Scottish accoutrement maker Scott Adie of regent Street, London, and bearing their tablet to the rear of the gilt brass top mount of the leather scabbard.
Very good condition overall.
