A good used example of the British Type 'D' survival knife.
The hardwood grips secured with three large copper rivets. Correctly marked with the stores number 1278214, and "H" mark, likely for Hopkinson of Sheffield. Broad Arrow and the date 1982. The grip has been personalised with the initials "G.S.W."
Heavy, seven inch single edged blade with signs of sharpening, and service wear.
Complete with it's original leather sheath, and lanyard.
A good example, which will improve with some TLC.
