Update 17/12/2024

Dear All,

Well, it has been a big year for Great Scott Antiques, as we have now relocated to our new premises, and have almost finished unboxing all our stock! It has taken much longer than anticipated, and unfortunately not without adversity, as a recent bout of ill health has limited my ability to conduct business with my usual tenacity!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my customers, old and new, across the UK and indeed the world, for their support and custom over the last twelve months. As a small business in these unprecedented times every order counts, so a sincere "thank you" from me.

As has become our tradition, we shall be listing a varied selection of items early on Christmas morning, so that anybody dissatisfied with Father Christmas's offerings, can make their own arrangements! For the reasons listed above, it may not be quite as large as normal, but I shall try to keep adding new items throughout the festive period, so it will be worth checking back occasionally.

I shall try to ensure there will be something for everybody, and to suit all budgets, including one or two special pieces. Browsers are always welcome, and hopefully it will offer a brief respite from the family Christmas chaos.

As always I'll do my best to ship your purchased items as quickly as possible, but this may well not be until the start of January. As usual at this time of year, your patience is appreciated.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. Stay safe, look after yourselves, and we look forward to finding more treasures to bring to you in the New Year.
