Likely dating from the 1930's into WW2.
The main gun made of copper, measuring 8.5 inches in length. The gun elevates and rotates.
The base of brass with nickel plating. This has been cast with provision for three pens.
The base measuring 5.5 inches long, and 3.75 wide.
