A good WW2 issue set of RAF MKVIII Flying Goggles in original car box of issue.
Good untouched condition, comprising MkVIII goggles with original blue elasticated strap, retaining good elasticity, with a cotton stitched repair/tighting added. Fitted with clear lenses. These are crown AM marked on the outer bridge.
The original card box of issue in worn/stored condition with old marks and stains, but solid and sound. This containg the spare tinted lenses. It has provision for the Anti Dimming, although this is absent.
The whole "as found" and would benefit from some gentle cleaning to bring them up to collectors standard.
