A good 1916 dated Great War example of this sought after blade.

Cast grip with brass D guard in great condition, no movement or distortion.

Original plating to the blade in good condition, with no major loss.

Blade length 30 inches.

Maker marked to the blades spine "Wilkinson".

Further markings to either side of the ricasso, beneath the langets "Broad Arrow, I.S.D. (India Stores Department) and the date of 1916".

Housed in the original brass mounted leather scabbard, the stitching has begun to split, but still holding firm.
