A very pleasing 1917 dated example by Wilkinson. 

Housed in scarce Indian made brass mounted brown leather scabbard, and complete with leather frog.

Reverse of frog carries ink markings with a name and what looks to be "Port Said 1956", which may indicate issue during the Suez Crisis. Frog retaining strap broken but repairable, and doesn't effect display. A long serving bayonet!
