A superbly made model of a Vickers MG with fluted jacket, mounted on a tripod, fixed to a Royal Engineers cap badge, which has had a screw thread fitted, indicating it may have been fitted to a petrol cap on either a car or a motorcycle.

Certainly an intriguing and unique piece of great war trench art.
