From a private collection of officers private purchase equipment.

A very good and somewhat rare pair of WW1 period wire cutters, faint etched marking of "Wilkinson" around the top flat of the cutter.

Housed in their original Sam Browne type brown leather pouch, with straps for fitting to a saddle rig. Could also be adapted for belt carry.

Good working order, uncleaned condition.
