One of the harder Spike bayonets to find, this example was produced by the Lewisham Engineering Company, who made approximately 84,566 No. 4 Mk. II* between 1943–1945.
The socket also bears another set of deeply struck markings, which are beleived to be forging subcontractor marks.
Good untouched condition, and with the bonus of coming in one of the Bren bipod scabbards.
