A superb Trench Art paper knife, in the form of an 1907 pattern SMLE bayonet.
It has a copper "blade" with the pommel and crossguard made from brass, with the grips constructed from wood held in place with three brass pins.
An uncommonly large example, measuring almost 12.5 inches in length overall.
The blade slightly mishapen, but generally very good condition overall.
